Have three blank, formatted floppy disks ready. Put your installation CD into the CD-ROM drive. Now, click Start, Run. Assuming your CD-ROM drive is D, type in

D:\\i386\\winnt32 /ox 

and press Enter. Simply follow the dialog boxes to create the setup disks.
